INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

You may be subject to brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery to the destination country. These additional charges, generally known as Import Fees for customs clearance, are borne by you; we have no control over these Import Fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Plumbing Mall.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Plumbing Mall.com for the unpaid charges, these charges will be charged to you the customer. Failure to pay customs Import Fees may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Estimated delivery time is a calculation of time to ship all items to customs + time in customs + time in transit for delivery. Plumbing Mall.com will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or problems that result at your local customs office.

ATTENTION: All International Orders are non-refundable due to the long distance they must travel, makes them not in resalable condition when they arrive back in the U.S. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. The Shipping Company will hold your package for a few days only. If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. The Customer is Responsible for Charges to Re-Ship if you fail to claim your package. You will be required to pay for shipping twice in order to have your order sent a second time. If a product is returned because of non payment of brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery to the destination country, no credit will be issued. The SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES and ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED BY PLUMBING MALL.COM WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not Plumbing Mall.com. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our item. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with his/her local government officials for specific rates. Please email us with any questions about duty or taxes or if you would like to know the declared value of the item you are interested in purchasing.

Billing Note: Plumbing Mall.com bills your order in US dollars. The amount that you are charged in you local currency is determined by your credit card company at the exchange rate that they determine. Please note that we do not have control over the rate that they give and that their exchange rate may differ from current market rates.
